SHIPPING

We offer flat rate shipping anywhere in the U.S. as follows:

• Standard Shipping (4-8 business days) - $8 flat rate

• Express Shipping (3-4 business days) - $15 flat rate

The above rates apply to Alaska and Hawaii as well, but transit times may be slightly longer.

We now offer flat rate shipping to Canada:

• Standard ground shipping (4-10 business days) - $23 flat rate

For all other international shipping options, expedited shipping inquiries or an estimated delivery date, contact us at info@the-elementary.com.

There may be shipping delays during peak seasons, and we cannot guarantee the above shipping time frames. While we cannot control potential delays of carriers, we do provide you with a tracking number by email at the time of shipping to help you in knowing when your package will arrive. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

RETURNS

As much as we endeavor to portray and describe every item not only accurately but also to give you the best sense of what you’ll be getting, sometimes things don’t turn out as you expected. We can accept returns within 14 days of receipt on new, unused items. If you wish to make a return, email info@the-elementary.com within 14 days of receipt to obtain return authorization and instructions.

All returned items must be in their new, unused condition with any tags, labels, stickers or hardware still attached so that they can be easily restocked and resold. Returns that appear used, damaged or altered in any way will not be accepted.
